Before founding The Vow Experience, Jessica built a nearly 20-year career as a healthcare executive, leading organizations and initiatives focused on improving access to care, advancing healthcare equity, and supporting some of the most vulnerable populations.

That work required compassion, advocacy, leadership, precision, trust, and the ability to guide people through important and often emotional moments.

Those same qualities now shape the way Jessica serves every couple.

She brings the same calm leadership, meticulous preparation, attention to detail, and commitment to creating meaningful experiences into every ceremony she designs and directs.

Jessica also previously served as a destination wedding coordinator for Sandals and Beaches Resorts, helping couples create memorable wedding experiences throughout the Caribbean.

That combination of wedding expertise, executive leadership, and service gives Jessica a perspective that is uniquely her own.

Jessica is a baptized Christian, ordained minister, and active member of Heartway Church in Davie, Florida.
